Learn about Mediterranean gastronomy while cooking!

Cooking learning directly with the Chef.

Gastronomy can be discovered by cooking and eating, so our proposal is a trip around the Mediterranean culinary culture through a gastronomical tour that includes everything. We start the morning by meeting with a Catalan chef to decide which dish or dishes we want to cook and later on we will approach la Boquería market, inaugurated in 1836 and with 300 points of sale with selected products, to choose the best ingredients. The chef will teach us how to select the product and what stops are the best in order to take out the most of our menu. After the visit to the market, we will approach a gastronomic classroom to prepare the showcooking, a master class of local food with local fresh products! The culinary artist will show us how to prepare the dishes and, of course, will encourage us to participate in the preparation of the menu so we can reproduce it back at home.

After so much cooking, you will have to wet your appetite by tasting the dishes that we have prepared. Everything will be combined with selected wines for the occasion and you will enjoy the meal with the chef, the perfect person to talk about Spanish cuisine!
