Briefing with the client
This first meeting is essential to understand what the clients want, whether we are dealing with a company or a private. Perhaps a corporate event in an emblematic place in Barcelona? A birthday celebration in a modernist building? A work dinner in a private room? A wedding in a castle? The first contact helps us understand the type of idea you have in order to start developing a story because we know that there are as many stories as clients!
First proposal
With this exchange we already have the first guidelines to work on a first proposal. We have chosen different locations, catering options, possible thematic performances, activities and workshops … Everything that fits perfectly to the event each client has in mind.
The importance of details
After deciding how to face up the project, our job now is to work in depth every detail of the celebration. We have introduced a tableware presentation, the furniture that fits the space, we have organized a tasting menu and you have even seen renders of how the space can turn out. Still, our activity doesn’t stop here, our work also relies on the guest accommodation, their transfers, a welcome gift … We do not focus only on the organization of the venue, there are many other things that we can build in order to make everything flow perfectly.
