During this really interesting day tour we will get to know the beautiful city of Jerez de la Frontera, capital of the sherry region, cradle of flamenco song and home of the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art. Jerez is located an hour south of Seville in Cádiz province, nestled between the Atlantic coastline and the sierra foothills and surrounded by vineyards. We will discover the city with a guided walk, stopping outside important monuments and passing through the elegant centre. We will arrive at the School of Equestrian Art, built on the grounds of a 19th century palace. We will take our VIP seat and enjoy this breathtaking dressage show. After the exhibition, we will travel to a small, family run sherry winery. Here we will enjoy a guided tour of the winery and its casks and we will learn all about the unique forms of ageing and production of sherry wine.
